Review: Excellent phone love it - I bought this for an 82 year old man I care take for. He has issues with pushing the buttons but that’s not the fault of the phone. He doesn’t push hard enough but when I try, I have zero issues. I set it up for him and it’s super easy to do so. The red help me button on the back is amazing! When he wants to get ahold of me fast for any reason from he found something he likes or just wonders if I am on my way he knows that button will always get me Review: Next....don’t waste your time - The SOS button is too easy to trigger with normal use. Sound quality is terrible. And it’s only 3G. Imputing and later finding and viewing phone numbers is not intuitive for anyone, so it renders this useless for my 76 yo father. Don’t waste your money.

Too complicated.
I believe the keypad unlock button should be thicker. It's hard for my 89 year old mother to slide the button to unlock the phone. I think the phone is too complicated for most seniors and non-seniors. When you hang up the phone you must press the hang up button twice. And there are times that we must call her several times in succession because the calls go straight to voicemail. And I tried to get help from the internet, but there was none. Nor a way for me to call someone who could help me.

Perfect for tech illiterate
I bought this phone for my mother who is 71 years old and cannot figure out a smart phone. This phone was super easy to set up, the sound is good and loud, buttons are large and easy to see, and the layout is also very similar to her previous phone. The transition was very easy for mom to make. Her only complaint was that she couldn't see her contacts phone numbers along with their names displayed in the list which is not a deal breaker. Overall, this phone is working out great. The radio is super cool too, although I know she won't use it.

Grand Ma hates this phone
I received this phone in place of my grand mas old flip phone. Good: It has nice big numbers, easy to read display, I like that I could set it up that if you have it unlocked it stays unlocked, you can set up speed dial to dial anyone when holding a button down, It has a big speaker in the back that actually sounds pretty good, and when i say big speaker its huge for a cell phone like 3 inches. it gets pretty good sound, easy to turn on the hands free (speaker phone), I like that you can turn on the radio and listen to music, gets digital fm music and sounds great, the charging base is a great idea and works well, It has a crapy camera and video but it works, I might be spoiled from my s10+ because its all dark and blurry in comparison, but its not like my grand ma to use those anyway, however you can take a picture of the person and have it in the contacts, sos button is scary to me, starts counting down and beeping at you, like this is no joke, if you dont cancel it before it hits 0 I suppose it will call and message people you have it set up to receive the message. It has a default message saying I NEED HELP!, but you can change it, the keypad glows and you can keep the nightmode on to let the keys stay lit all the time, battery waster? but you can have them just come on when you hit a button, you can add numbers in the phone like you would expect, you can change the background display picture to a picture you taken or a pre installed picture, It works with t-mobile family plan, It has a loud annoying sound for a generic ring tone, the bad: Grand ma cant figure it out, hates the phone, cant hear anyone on it cant call anyone. Gets confused on how to answer the phone and to hang up, keeps calling me by accident trying to do anything, wants her old phone back where it rings she just flips it open. She is stubborn and refuses to learn it, had to walk to the neighbors to call me, which the neighbor used the phone to call me and worked fine. So from her perspective its a useless phone not worth a dime. Oh well.... I like it, but back to the glue factory with you phone..

Good phone
I bought this for my elderly mom. She liked and could use it easily, but I could not find a case or screen cover to fit it. She dropped it once and it would not work.

Traversing menus is a nightmare!!! For Seniors, really???? Phone durability seems good.
The physical quality of this phone is just fine, despite what others are "whining" about. The dock is what I wanted most for my aging mother and is awesome. The reason I selected this phone in the first place was to make it easy for her to keep it charged, and it is definitely satisfying that need. Good luck trying to find another comparable senior phone like it in the US that has that feature. That was the "good." However, this is supposed to be a phone for seniors. Unfortunately, it is the most difficult phone I have ever seen for navigating through the menus. Takes ME forever to figure out and traverse the menus, yet alone having my mother even attempt to do it. The worst part is the display for missed and received calls. I just want my mom to look at the call list and see the time stamp. However, it is totally useless, as It only shows a small portion of the date and time stamp (the rest is cut off.) So instead, they make you traverse the nightmarish menu to see "missed" call details, one at a time. Totally ridiculous! Believe me, I tried everything possible to display the date and time without going through the menus. No, you can't even adjust the font size to show more of the time stamp. A fifth grader could have designed it and I would not notice any difference. I would loved to have given this phone a five rating, but that single flaw makes me hate it!

The ideal phone for seniors!
I got this for my mom who has Parkinson’s. She loves it! Everything is so easy for her. She tends to grip a phone tight because of the shaking and it doesn’t shut off during conversations. She can easily find her contacts and pictures. The ring is loud enough for her to hear it no matter where she has it located. She brags on this phone to everyone!
