I bought them for doing squats and they are prefect for that. Also the bands are great for a full body workout if there is no gym available. The delivery was good and on time. They don't take up much space, they provide a lot of resistance and can be stretched quite a bit and the cost is actually pretty good.

Good quality product. Comfortable handle hold in any position.Rubber part very smooth to feel.Probably medium resistance ,but exactly what I needed going back to fitness after giving birth.As it comes in a pair able to do endless combination of exercises.great price . Takes little place to store. Love it so far.

Really useful for working out at home, especially for doing leg and arm exercises. Quality feels excellent - very well made and seems will last a long time. Recommended.
