Does this coat looks bulky?

I wouldn’t say it’s super bulky. It definitely has weight to it but you don’t feel like a walking marshmallow

Are the pockets lined with fleece or anything?

My jacket is white and pockets are lined with a thin flannel type lining which is also white.
