These are good. I like that they tell you how much Boswellia are in them. I was using another brand but when using these I don't miss a beat and my knees continue to improve.

These supplement capsules awesome for the first couple for days, the inflammation, and the pain in my neck, the herniated discs..seems to be calming down a bit, pill size is nice and easy to swallow, definitely waiting to see if it continues to get better in the next couple of days....

Consistent joint pain relief. I switched to Vimerson Health Turmeric-Boswellia almost a year ago. Before that I was experimenting with other similar products with varying results. Now Vimerson is my Go To selection. The combination of ingredients and the dosage of each seem to be just right for easing my bone and joint pain just enough to get me through the day. I don’t take prescription drugs and always try to use ingredients found in nature. After doing much research, turmeric and boswellia always are top of the lists, with black pepper extract added to support how they work. The ginger, an added anti inflammatory, is a bonus. I get relief taking only one capsule daily, even though the suggested dose is two. I am a smaller person, so I always first try to take less and see if it works. The key, for me, is to take it every day, and over time it is a valuable asset in my natural health toolkit.

I take supplements regularly because I figure for the most part “no harm no foul and maybe they’ll help something.” But this — THIS — I noticed a difference within hours of taking my first one. I’ve been dealing with ongoing lower back/SI joint pain. Massage. Dry needling. SI belt. Pelvic floor therapy. Exercise. Stretching. Next up — gotta strengthen my glutes. And I was on the verge of going to a doctor because it just wasn’t getting better. Copilot suggested turmeric and boswellia. Bought this one. And wow — I can’t believe it. I break the dose up — one in the morning and one in the evening. And it looks like it’s a low enough dose to come in way below the max amount where allergies or other side effects could happen. And it’s still effective. Now, this doesn’t mean my issue is cured. Gotta get my glute strength up so that my hips and low back aren’t doing so much of the work. But this supplement makes exercise and errands manageable. Definitely recommend.

1-YEAR UPDATE I've had to try different formulations over the past year because, as another reviewer points out, you have to take too many of these tablets if you're a bigger person (6'4", 200lb...). Unfortunately, as soon as we find a company whose product we like, it stops selling on Amazon and we have to waste time hunting down another company we can trust to do business with. Another issue we've developed with Vimerson is their lack of standardization of the boswellic acids. How much can we rely on getting in each standard "dose"? Also, the active curcuminoids are much lower than in competitors' formulations. All in all, after trying these products for over a year, we've found we need MUUUUCH higher doses than what these companies advertise as standard--meaning we have to buy too much of the product for marginal effectiveness. Oh well. Back to the drawing board. ORIGINAL REVIEW I've tried six turmeric supplements to date (including this one). Only one of them, at over $60 for a month's supply (!), works at the recommended dosage--which is much, much higher than that of its competitors. The only way I could get most formulations to be effective for my particular case was to double, triple, or even quadruple the recommended dose. But that became prohibitively expensive very fast. I bought this Vimerson Health formulation on a whim. It seems to have the standard compounds most other supplements do--importantly in a vegetarian-friendly package (so they don't off the bat alienate a large chunk of shoppers). The major difference is the price. This was the only reasonably priced turmeric supplement (besides Walmart's which I haven't tried--it's a HUGE bottle for the lowest price I've seen anywhere). So I could use the dosage I needed. Shock of shocks, at a high dose, the Vimerson Health turmeric works. So long as the price remains what it is, I'll be adding this to my monthly supplement list. You shouldn't have to choose between paying your mortgage and buying supplements. Thanks, Vimerson.
