Sturdy but a little hard to manage
I tried to use this to decorate my grandson’s birthday cake but couldn’t get the hang of it. I’m sure with some practice I’ll work fine I guess I was expecting it to work perfectly on the first try.

just use a spatula
pulls icing more than it smooths is. wobbly and not very functional. i did much better with straight spatula and i am far from a pro baker.
