how do you attach the loop?

Take the thin end of the loop through the first hole and bring it out from the second. Once you have it out - open the loop and pass the bigger end through it and simply tighten.

How bright is the glow in the dark on case? Only purchasing this product for the light function since remote is not backlit & I need to see buttons.
