This shower set is so luxurious! Never had something this nice before; so glad I chose it when it came time to replace an old broken shower/bath! The large shower head has one gentle rain setting, and the handheld shower head has several settings with different water pressure and patterns. Both the large and small shower heads can easily adjust up and down, and rotate. The knob and the switch on the spigot both operate smoothly and easily.A big reason why I chose this was for the option to have standing or seated showers.It does need to be installed with the spigot higher than a typical bath, to have enough height on the shower head for say, a 6ft tall person. The water flows smoothly, so even though it's installed high, it still doesn't splash a lot from that height when running the spigot. Plus, I think it looks extra neat that way anyhow.One of the plumbing pieces wasn't quite what we needed for installation and attachment to our plumbing through the wall. I reached out to the company through their email to see what they would recommend, and they got back to me very quickly and helped solve the problem right away. I am thankful for their prompt and courteous customer service.

Great shower. Love the versatility for our claw foot tub. It was a bit short, contacted the customer service they sent us an extension in a few days. Impressive customer service response all around.

Hooked up but have yet to run water through as our remodel is not finished. Looks sturdy and is really nice looking chrome. Needed to have the middle piece to the shower for install(my fiancé is 6’5,so it’s a bit short) Rovogo is in the process of sending it to me and for FREE! Amazing customer service 👍and it looks great!

Had to get professionally installed but once in it is the best. My plumber was in awe with all that this shower did. Installed in my basement bathroom. That has exposed piping and it is great. It's a must if you need one.

I purchased this item mainly because of the LIFETIME WARRANTY. When the item arrived and I was looking through the very little information that they give you I notice the wording of the warranty tobe very confusing. After I made an inquiry directly to the seller I was sent an entire list of things that were and were not covered. It included SO many contradictions regarding the LIFETIME WARRANTY especially the fact that the structure of the faucet was really only covered for 1 year... seems the" life warranty" was on finish, drips and leaks.... what??? After I once again pointed out all of the contradictions to the seller I was told " not to worry....they would take care of everything if something happens" One thing I have learned in this life is when someone tells you not to worry... you better start worrying. To be fair, the item arrived promptly, well packaged and appears to be a very nice looking and a very substantial faucet. To bad they have such a flip/flop residential warranty as I now do not feel comfortable on any level keeping the item especially when I start looking back on reviews that kept referring to the "Warranty expiring". I am returning this faucet because of all of the ambiguity surrounding their residential warranty. Buyer Beware.

Very classy looking for the price. We needed an extension pipe to make shower taller. I couldn't find what I needed on sellers web page or anywhere else. I emailed the company and they sent me one within the week, free!!!My husband had it all installed in 30 minutes and he is in loving the shower head.

Too short, cheap seals, use ALOT of the tape cause it will leak anywhere where there are threads. Moveable head does not mount in holder, will fall out randomly
