It's the best out of all the other ones I tried. Stays put, no smudges, easy to use, and doesn't bother my eyes. I would like to try other colors.

I think this gel product is the best I’ve found for drawing a fine line on my eyelids. It goes on and stays on better than most I’ve used—doesn’t smudge under the eye as most pencils do and doesn’t crack as most liquids do. However, the product often crumbles as I am applying it. I frequently find bits of it on the counter as I am applying it to my eyelids. The gel is exposed for use by turning the wand’s end which pushes up the fine gel “lead.” The only remedy I’ve found for the crumbling is to expose the tiniest bit of the lead and apply a bit, then keep turning up a very small amount more. It is tedious , but perhaps it’s worth the extra time it takes as the result looks great and the eyeliner stays pretty well without smudging

Update to review: purchased again and this time it was much much better! I think my first eyeliner was just dried out. This one is perfect! I’m glad I gave it a second chance. Looks pretty good!!! Glides on well. Does not apply smoothly! You have you rub it hard and even when you do that, it leaves clumps. I wonder if it’s counterfeit. It’s I’ve thing to have clumps in your mascara, but eyeliner???? I even tried to mix it with coconut oil and it didn’t work. See pic, I applied it with different levels of pressure.

Not sure about this product. First pencil was dry, broke often, could not smudge, and didn't seem to last long. I will try the second one and see how it goes. If the same, I will not reorder and would not recommend. Seems like the product is old. Will be checking lot number with manufacturer. Will update if I find anything different about these two pencils. For now..buyer beware. Edit: verified the batch number and product is from 6/28/24 manufacture date...could be why it's dry.

I switched to this eyeliner after wearing liquid eyeliner waterproof for years and I'll tell you why. I am a 54-year-old woman who always use liquid eyeliner but as we age, we tend to get little teeny wrinkles underneath our eyes oh joy the liquid was actually getting in the creases so I decided to buy this Neutrogena gel eyeliner and let me tell you it is a game changer! I love it and I have it on subscription now. The only warning I would make is that it breaks easy so don't press too hard and don't roll it out too long. Otherwise this is waterproof and it works for my never-ending watery eyes.

I’ve been using this eyeliner for a while now and love it. However, this particular one was dry and chalky. The product just breaks off as you try to use it. I’m past the return window, of course, but an unopened product should last more than a couple of months. Will buy in store from now on.

This product is a classic eyeliner that is exceptional for the price. Amazing value, I have been using this eye liner for years and think it beats out many of the expensive brands time and time again.

Compré este delineador porque soy sensible de los ojos, normalmente uso el delineador liquido de está marca y no tengo problema sin embargo con este si se me ponen los ojos rojos. Además se rompe fácilmente la punta y se pierde producto. Tiene buena durabilidad y no se bate. Llegó bien empacado. Si no eres sensible de los ojos, lo recomiendo medianamente
