TAMASHII NATIONS Bandai S.H. MonsterArts King Ghidorah 2019 "Godzilla: King of The Monsters Action Figure

Wow so after all the wait, this finally was released and arrived and my boy was thrilled. I can understand some of the other reviews mean, the spikes ARE sharp, the wings can come a little loose (but honestly not to the extent that others have seemed to have- at least not ours) the stand is perfect and even though it was expensive, and my son is 12, (a die hard Godzilla fan, a bit of a nerd but I wouldn’t have him any other way 😘) he treasures this, takes great care of it, sets it up with all his other Godzilla (& Pacific Rim) figures and absolutely loves it. Again, yeah, it’s expensive and that’s annoying for a single mom- but I have zero regrets- he loves it and it’s pretty freakin awesome :) It’s very solid, and very very cool

Incredible sculpt that packs an awe factor with it's size and massive wingspan. Despite being a bit fragile and having to be somewhat assembled, it certainly pays off. While the lack of articulation in the wings is disappointing, the necks, heads, legs, and tails are all incredibly posable way more then any prior non-SH MonsterArts Ghidorah figures such as Bandai's Vinyl Grand King Ghidorah. The only other nitpick I have is the lack of accessories with the figure, but in light of everything else it more then makes up for it.

This is an amazing figure; the sculpt is beautiful but it takes a lot of patience to pose. As others have noted, pieces fall off easily. They are easily snapped back in place but it gets a bit frustrating. The wings also seem little brittle. Still an excellent figure and more than glad I purchased it. A little steep in price, not the best engineered figure, but looks great on display. Once you get him posed he looks ready to battle Godzilla and company. Also, be aware that he (they?) is big. I had a giant fruit bat in my attic and Ghidorah's wingspan put him to shame. You need a good sized space to display this figure.

Excited to have a King Ghidorah that towers over all of my kaiju figures. The sculpt is awesome and, the paint job is spectacular. The wings are heavier than I thought but the holders allow for good set up, though too much handling will have them falling off, and the wings can break. Definitely not a toy to play with but one that looks so cool on a shelf.

An absolutely astounding and incredibly detailed figure that towers over all other figures in my SH Monstersarts collection (even Biollante). As a note this is more of a posable model then a toy as the wings sit in place within their respective sockets and are then propped by individual plastic stands. I do not recommend moving this figure much as the wings are a very fragile plastic material. Another notable feature is the detail on the heads which are photo-realistic representations of the heads from the film (one even has a broken horn as in the film). Really no issues with the overall look of the figure, just be careful with it. Again, if you are a fan of the movie this is a must buy for sure, an easy five stars.

Wow, this is a big figure. It was a bit hard to set up with the stands, but they work. It has fantastic sculpting as well. The paint apps are what lack a bit, but not much to bother me. It's mainly the back of the wings, but it's not like i'll be posing it with its back torwards me. Beware, the spikes on the wings are very sharp. It has really good articulation on the necks. The right wing is a bit loose, but that can be fixed. It also doesn't come with beams, but it's easy to make your own. Overall, I'm happy with it! A must have for any Godzilla/King Ghidorah fan!

Came in original packaging , Exactly as described & pictured , use with care , the wings definitely need support but my son loves it he’s been wanting it since 5th grade . Worth every penny . Thank you .

Love the figure as far as looks go. its very impressive but the plastic its made of seems very hard & brittle. Very sharp edges & falls apart so easily. So easily in fact you can't even place the figure on the shelf for display without a head, wing or tail falling off! Especially the wings! they're so heavy they just fall off unless the stand is beneath it. Once its in place, if someone touches it or just taps the shelf by mistake it crumbles. If i had known how fragile this figure was, no matter how impressive looking i would not have purchased.

The Ghidorah is massive which is awesome and to scale with the S h monster arts Godzilla. This figure is great for dioramas but very hard to pose

いろんな方が塗装と安定性について揶揄してるみたいですが、そもそも塗装に関してはデザイナーが生き物に近づけたとコンセプトを明かしているのに金色じゃないと不満を漏らすのは違う気がしました。 安定性も前傾姿勢とらせすぎかなぁと。 個人的には首の可動はしっかりしてるし、彩色もそこまでベタ塗り感ないかなと感じました。 難点は重いのと怪我や破損くらいです。 まぁこの部分は予約時点である程度覚悟できる範疇なので個人的には許容範囲です。 欲を言えば飛行用の台座が欲しかったといったところでしょうか。 迫力もあり造形も申し分なしの総合評価☆5。

No hay más que decir que es una figura fabulosa, muchisimo más grande que Godzilla sin duda
