Packaging looked like it had seen better days, it was a gift therefore that was a let down. I had ordered on behalf of a family member, who doesn't use the internet it would be a a gift to his wife, he picked this after reading the description and checking the photos, he was very disappointed by the size when it turned up It was a lot smaller than the photos or description lead you to believe so I have had to mark it down a star, he then had to rush around to get one on time. Don't get me wrong it's a wind chime it makes a noise in the wind and looks nice if that's your thing so it does as expected!
