Would this work with someone who has big thighs?

If your thighs touch when standing with your feet shoulder width apart it would be difficult to use unless you take your pants down. I found that it was nearly impossible to fit this device properly while my pants were still covering my bum.

Do they make these for men that due to injury can no longer efficiently standing up?

I’m so sorry I just don’t know the answer to that.
