Home water purification
Use this product overseas in my jordan house.Great product.Although the refill cleaners, I can buy cheaper overseas than stateside

Would buy again
We purchased this one year ago. The purpose was to help with both the taste and smell of a high sulfur well. Install was straight forward. Nearly all the parts needed for install are included. Plus for the cutoff valves! Very happy with the reduction in smell and taste. Also happy with the durability/ longevity of the filters.

Good product, poor warranty process
The filter works great. However, the fitting for the faucet did not fit my plumbing and I had to search out a better fitting. Once that was solved, the installation was easy. The warranty process however, is another story. I have never had such a convoluted process to register a warranty, which with most products is very straightforward. The website you are directed to is the companies complaint process and you need to type in “warranty registration” to file a “complaint”. Then, they require an answer in a text box where you type “warranty registration” again. Then they send you an email asking for a copy of the purchase receipt. After copying that into the text box again, it wouldn’t accept it until I again type “warranty registration”. I almost dropped the process in frustration several times. With other products, the process is unique to warranties and much more friendly in their approach.

Great unit for the price and no salt needed
This seems like a competent DIY-er could get this done in a couple hours. I hired it out because I'm not as young as I used to be. I have great well water, but it is high in calcium and lime which makes my appliance unhappy. The taste of the water is the same. I also live near several farms and thought if there is any contaminants this will help with most of them. If any show up in future well testing I will just add a UV light to the system. Looks easy to maintain too. The unit wa a little bigger than I thought. Plan to leave enough room under the installed unit to remove the canisters for filter changes. The quality of unit construction is average, perfectly acceptable. Not being familiar with this company, I ordered extra filters up front in case they are not available in coming years.

clean water removes smell
Very easy DIY set up. I wish I would have installed this years ago. I ran my water for about 10 minuets and noticed a difference right away. Before I installed this product after taking a bath in my porcelain tub I always had to clean the rust dirt ring off with cleaner with this system I do not have to clean the tub after every use. Also I treated my well 2 weeks prior with well safe for Sulphur smell after using this filter system the Sulphur smell and chlorine smell is gone. I highly recommend this product!

Should have went with a better brand product
Great product, but months of leaks from the fittings, and no hardware store carries compatible fittings.

You need some plumbing experience to install but makes a world of difference on the smell and taste of water....
