Excellent addition to workout regimen
I recently purchased a pair of mens pro training pants to give this newfangled idea a shot. Went for a run and a rowing session when they first arrived. I typically run about 20-25 miles a week, row, swim, and occasional yoga. So not a pro or a trainer, but someone who in their mid 40s who eats FAR too much of my three kids leftovers! Gotta pick up extra help wherever I can! So the idea of 'doubling up' with these pants was worth a shot...My experience in these is summed up in one word: Revolutionary. The next day I felt additional soreness in my lower abdominals, glutes, quadriceps.They are tight, but that's the point. One of my concerns was that the bands would create a wonky look, but no, they look like any other pair of leggings... there's no way from the outside that someone would be able to tell the leggings are also resistance trainers.The downside is I only have one pair!Thank you, what a wonderful product, I think you’ve created the bleeding edge of a new phase of fitness.

Not for me.
Difficult to put on; painful to wear. I fail to see what advantages might accrue from wearing these while working out. I am 6' 2", 190, and bought size L, as recommended, but the fit was awful. Wish I could return them.

one of the best resistance training bands
This is most definitely, one of the best resistance training bands. Works my legs harder, but at the same time also providing nice comfort and coolness during intense workout sessions. While the price is most certainly up there, I will go and say these were worth every penny for the money of time I spend working my body.

Not for Tall People
I just wanted to start by saying that the quality of these tights seem superb. Out of the box I was really surprised at the weight and thickness of these. They really felt like they were made from some high quality fabric that would hold up. Unfortunately the fit of them was not right for me. I am pretty tall and thin 6'-1" and 160lbs with a 31.5" waist and these tights did not come close to fitting at all. I ordered the medium and the waist fit fine, but everything else was a bit off. The thighs were too loose, and the legs of pants were way too short. They looked more like capris than tights. I really think that the company has a great idea with these, but I would really like to see some tall sizes like 2XU has. I went ahead and returned the tights and ordered a pair of their shorts in a small. I am hopeful that these will fit better.

best investment of 2016
I have been using these pants for almost a month now and I love them. I have not found anything to complain about this product. First off these are great for anyone training or getting into shape. I'm currently running to try and get back into shape for uncle Sam's pto test which is a 2 mile run for a 36 year old. The pants have helped me shave off minutes off my time. I will also say I have bad veins in one of my legs where they like to swell up. These pants are absolutely great in they reduce my veins swelling in my calf and my legs feel great after I wear them. I recommend these pants for anybody training or even having pain from walking all day these pants have have made a positive impact on my daily life it so unbelievable just how great these are. Well worth the money I paid for them.

Great way to add resistance to your workout
These pants are a great way to add resistance to your workout. The built-in resistance bands are not so tight that they'll unduly restrict your movement or provide a workout in and of themselves, but they do add a noticeable extra oomph to what you're already doing. And since the bands are anatomically placed to work your glutes, quads, and hip flexors, they'll toughen up your squats, runs, plyometrics, or just about any other lower body work. I'm not sold that they'll cut your workout time as the ads claim, but when you do the same workout you normally would, you'll definitely feel more tired and get more benefit from it. One word of caution: when walking around after my workout, I noticed that my stride was shorter than usual. So while I didn't notice it while running & jumping, there is enough resistance there to mess with your form if you're not careful. Wearing the Physiclo's makes me be extra careful with my technique - which is a good thing, really. Technique is everything in fitness.As for build quality, they are made of thick, heavy fabric, and the bands do add extra weight. These are not flimsy compression pants that you'll have to replace in a few months! They are a little bit of work to get on, but no big deal.Overall, I'm very impressed with these - they're definitely high-end training gear. I liked them so much, I ended up getting the shorts for summer and pants for winter training.
