HUIQIAODS: Here's the problem (please read)
The wiring adaptors sent did not function. HUIQIAODS DID refund my money and was good about it, hence the non-negative rating. HUIQIAODS allowed me to keep the wiring harnesses after refunding the purchase price. I did a forensic autopsy on the harness to determine the malfunction. Here is the result of the investigation: (1) The polarity was reversed. Straight through wiring from the H4 plug to the H16 plug was the problem. (2) An open between the H16 adaptors and the wires leading to the H4 plug was the cause of no voltage. [both harnesses]. This harness is a great idea for this type of product product. A Vehicle owner can plug directly into the vehicle OEM wiring harness without cutting wires. Automotive incandescent bulbs are not polarity sensitive. LED lighting will NOT function if the polarity is reversed. The Resolution: I cut the harness, crossed the wires at the H16 adaptor. Reattaching solved the open circuit. The OEM harness clip attaches to the H16 adaptor creating a polarity reversal. Crossing the wires on the harness corrected the polarity issue. I suggest a redesign on the harness. If the harness had a connection between the the H16 and the H4 adaptors that could be unplugged and connected with ease, this harness would become a MUST-HAVE for every person who converts from incandescent bulbs to LEDS. Plug and play with no wire cutting is attractive to many people that do not want to cut into the OEM harness. The ability to simply unplug two pins and swap position to get the lights working if at first they fail is a better design than returning the item as defective products. Please ensure the wires connect to the plugs as well. Cheers!

Attention to Detail
Wires are a little long for my Jeep connecting the OEM wire to fog lights. Connectors fit good to OEM and fog light connectors. The biggest issue was that the fog light connector was wired backwards which required me to dissemble the connector and reverse the pins.

Beware - reverse polarity
Hot and ground wires were reversed and caused me a bit of trouble till I found out this was the problem.

Near perfect fit
Had to reverse connector to get right polarity in wire, that leaves plastic clip on wrong side to hold connector together. It works though.
