I have hypothyroidism, and as a result I was experiencing MAJOR hair loss. My hair was thinning to the point that you could see my scalp and there were areas near the front where my hairline was receding. As a woman this was incredibly disheartening to me. The problem was getting worse and worse. I had tried biotin in the past, but hadn't been using it in months. I had switched all of my supplements to Solgar (they are hands down one of the very best with no junky ingredients, fillers, gluten, soy, etc.) so I ordered this biotin from Solgar as well. Practically overnight my hair stopped falling out. TRULY! Where before the drain catch in the shower would be full of hair after one shower and EVERY time I brushed my hair I would be pulling a WAD of hair out of the brush, it went to almost NO hair in the drain and in the brush. When I brush my hair in the morning now I clean the brush and there are MAYBE three to five hairs. I can't say with certainty that I've grown back any of the hair that I lost (maybe? I want to think so, I just can't say for sure, and I don't want to be misleading) but I can say with 100% certainty that it has stopped falling out, and even if that's the best that happens that's a huge improvement! I was taking this supplement for my hair, but a nice side effect is that my nails seemed to grow a little faster and definitely are stronger. TIPS: 1. If you get these you need to be religious about taking them every day. 2. Biotin is a B vitamin, so it can give you energy...hence keep you awake. Always take them in the morning instead of at night...you want to be dreaming about your healthy head of hair, not lying awake thinking about it! Haha! BOTTOM LINE: 100% legit, it WORKS and is WELL worth it!

Firstly, it's in a glass bottle so forget about BPA contamination 👍 Secondly, the brand Solgar has been around for years, even decades. Thirdly, they make their own products unlike most who have their stuff made by third and often fourth parties and you just never really know about purity/quality and sterilized environments. Finally it goes down great and is a high dose of much needed Biotin in 10,000mcg unlike other hair vitamins manufactured with a mere 100 or 300mg which by the time it goes through your intestinal systems - who knows how much you are barely receiving.

This stuff works!! For the last several years I’ve watched my shower drain and hairbrushes seemingly take all of my hair with them. I was losing so much hair that I didn’t even understand how I had any hair left on my head. This was especially hard because I grew up with thick, healthy hair. I thought I was kind of managing it and then I got COVID and had massive fall out. At the end of the same year I got the flu. Again, massive fall out. So I decided January ‘23 I was going to find some biotin and just take it everyday for at least a couple of months and see if it would help. Fast forward to mid April and IT HAS HELPED SO MUCH!!!! I can’t scream it loud enough. It obviously took a few weeks to have it build up and work with my system, but I went from handful after handful of fallout to just a few strands every shower. Great and fresh

I started taking Solar's Biotin 10,000 in January of 2018. I always took Biotin, however I never seen any improvement with my hair, skin, or nails. I came across online about Solgar and I began by taking their MultiVitamin. I immediately noticed a difference within a month with my energy levels. I began taking Solar's Biotin because I had cut my hair really short and I wanted it to grow. Also my skin was extremely dry and my nails NEVERR grew. The first month i already had people telling me my hair was getting longer. It also was not falling out at all. My nails since taking them have grown extremely long and they are very healthy and strong. This is a 100% honest review. I hope i am able to help someone out. I would say with the Biotin you need to be consistent as with anything and you will 100% see results within a month. My skin and hair is probably the biggest change i have seen since takin Solgar's Biotin. I will defintely look for pictures and try to post them soon. Thank you.
