Rub it on your belly
Favorite brand of guava jelly. Had some great ones in Jamaica, but this is accessible and tasty. Just ask Bob.

Great brand, delicious taste!
I bought this for a friend after learning that her favorite maker of guava jelly had discontinued its production. After reading other favorable reviews, I decided to take a chance on the Hawaiian Sun brand. I had it shipped to her address and the product was delivered in a timely manner. According to my friend, the jar arrived very well packaged. She said the Hawaiian Sun brand of guava jelly is extremely tasty - not too sweet or gummy - and of a spreadable consistency. She gives this brand a jelly a hearty thumbs up!

Not suitable as a gift!
This was supposed to be a gift for a friend from Hawaii. The bubble wrap ripped the pretty colorful label off. I guess I will be either making a new label or keeping this and finding her guava jelly elsewhere!

I Wanted The Old Palmetto Taste ...
I Wanted The Old Palmetto Taste ... but sadly the Hawaiian Sun Guava Jelly does not meet that taste. The taste is okay, but not great ... sort of like a pale version of what I grew up loving. It is also a bit on the watery side ... I gave it 5 stars for Easy to spread, but it really is too easy as it more pours than spreads. Will have to try another brand and see if I can do better on the taste and texture.
