These are bright, cheerful highlighter pens. I love pens. I love these. They have clip on the lid which I use to stop them rolling around. They're nice and neat, not chunky like old fashioned highlighters. They make a great, sharp edged mark because of the nice fibre tip. They do have some weird tattoo style design on them, I suspect I'm too old to like that :-D The ink does erase, though I haven't tried to do that often. I was concerned in other reviews of the frixion range that the ink disappears in time, but I figured that wasn't really an issue with highlighting so that;s the only reason this has 4 stars instead of 5.

I wanted to use these for sixth form/college because I have to annotate a lot of books but didn’t want the cheap highlighters that bleed out on pages. Yellow and Pink are beautiful and work smoothly as colors. They are bright and don’t bleed out on 80 gsm paper. Even after 5 swatches on the same line, no ink bleeding. The green one does seem to collect ink at the end but it’s not really a problem once it dries. Again green isn’t my color for highlighting but still works well. For the price, it’s very good. and works well. Although a bit pricey, these are hard to find from where I live so it’s good for its money on Amazon. Lasts a decent amount of time. overall 4/5. one star missing because of the green highlighter and the price. The frixion rubber also works well but might smudge a tiny bit when used immediately after application.

These are a game changer if you want to highlight books but don’t want to deface them / want the option to erase your markings one day. I still give the product five stars overall but here are two honest imperfections with the pens: - They don’t last for the longest time - if I’m highlighting some sentences in a book, for example, I definitely need at least two pens of the specific colour I’m using - the pen always runs out mid-way through the book. (So if you were planning to do any ‘colouring in’ with these pens then they will not last long at all). - You need to wait til the ink is FULLY dry before erasing (at least a couple of minutes), otherwise you sometimes get a darker mark left on the page, that is then permanent. If you erase when the ink is fully dry though, it’s a great result. I still give the product 5 stars though as they are inexpensive and I feel it’s a fair price for the amount of ink you get etc.

Little bit flimsy

These highlighters are great to hold, last a long time (especially in relation to the regular Frixion pens!!). They're much easier to hold that the cuboid type highlighters, especially if highlighting lots of text. Note: The description just says 'yellow' but the box is a mixed set of all the colours, just as in the picture.
