Blue Dove Yoga Crescent Zafu GOTS Certified Organic Cotton Meditation Cushion

This Zafu cushion is described as being 5.5 inches tall - the one I received did not even reach 5 inches.Very disappointing! UPDATE: After only the first use (I'm barely 100 lbs), it now barely reaches 3 inches at it's highest point, and 2 inches at the lowest. Incredibly misleading.

I really like the shape I just wish that it was a little bit softer don't mind the firmness of it but maybe on the outside of the core firmness that could be a little bit more cushion love the design.

How did I do yoga without this? It slightly elevates your hips and is beyond comfortable. Also works well at the end as a head rest for corpse pose.

Was looking for a wedge and couldn't find one, so I got this. Not as good as the wedge, but it works for me.

It's super firm maybe after some wear it will soften up a bit.

Not as comfy as I had hoped for, yet does just fine.

This is beautifully made, really nice cotton, well stitched and sturdy. I really liked the removable washable cover which unzips on the underside. The inner cushion unzips too and is made from heavy cream coloured cotton equally well made. I was especially pleased that the aubergine colour came, not as in the photo, with a cream coloured carry strap but with an aubergine coloured one which I think improves the look of the cushion and I wouldn't have hesitated over the colours had I known that. And the dove embroidery is in white which also looks better. I chose this Zafu over the buckwheat ones because of the organic cotton filling which is very firm and comfortable but relatively light to carry. So pleased that I have now ordered the matching bolster.

I've been using a yoga block as a mediation cushion and decided it was time for something more comfortable as the edges kept cutting off blood supply to various body parts. I was a bit worried that this cushion might be too high, but it's perfect. Comfortable, stable and seems to be just the right height. The covers can be removed for washing and it seems to be filled with raw wool of some kind. Love it!

This is a great cushion, its bigger and sturdier than I expected but this is the first I've ever bought.I'm pretty bendy so sitting on the floor legs crossed has never been a problem but this has improved my posture as I have a tendency to slouch, I imagine this would be good if your are not quite flexible enough to have legs crossed comfortably too.I bought the black and white patterned version and it looks great.

This crescent meditation cushion is just what I was looking for. Good size and firmness. Has eased pain in back. Really pleased with it.

I bought this as a gift for a friend...loved it so much when it arrived that I bought myself one. It’s very comfortable when sitting for long meditations/yoga. It’s a decent height too so your ankles don’t ache when crammed into a strange position on the floor. Still a bit early, I’ve only used it 3 times - will update if anything reveals itself.
