No it doesn't have a glass top.

Is the back finished as well? I have a circle wall that I want place it into so the flat back would be the front for my situation...

This table is finished all around (there is no flat back) You can literally turn this table 360 degrees and it looks the same. I hope this helps.

I think it will look good. Our furniture is a light tan. The legs are more brown than gray.
