DUVERRA High Precision Digital Body Weighing Scale with Battery Free Technology and Tempered Safety Glass (Black, 5 MM)

I have been hunting for a personal weight scale by going through the reviews and star rating ended up choosing "OMRON" brand, with all excitement unboxed it as soon as it delivered. To my surprise it wasn't even working managed to show blank screen inspite of checking with new batteries. So totally lost hope in picking something online...Someday as I was browsing through Amazon app then i found this brand.What actually attracted me was self charging battery. Since i had a worst experience in past,with double minded ordered it.While unboxing I felt the premium finish in there packing, which actually gained some confidence before checking.. this product works awesome thou it's a new brand.. checked my weight multiple times its accurate.Over all I would suggest Go For it .....

I was very skeptical due to this slightly out of the box “battery free” technology, but since most reviews were positive, decided to take a chance (though a few feedbacks are negative too which confused me). I got the delivery today and it looks like a really neat product with superior packing. It’s pretty easy to use and it does seem like pretty durable too, though it’s just about a few hours that I have gotten this product, will re-post my review after a couple of months’ usage(if amazon allows repeat review option). Though as of now I am pretty satisfied with the product in every sense.

The media could not be loaded. There was no accuracy. Place the weighing scale at one place and do a weight check. Without moving the weighing scale, check weight again. Both readings will not be same.Major drawback is there will no warranty for a month even though they will 1 year warranty.After buying this product on Aug2020 for 1600Rs, weighing scale stopped working around Feb2021 and when I connected with the product support team, they took my product and this was the reply after their inspection."Hi,Our technical team looked into your product and it was found that the chip inside the circuit has stopped working.It might be due to placing your legs on the edge of the scale/using wet feet when stepping on the scale or kicking on the knob as said in the instructions at the back of the scale.To change the chip, the cost of spare is around Rs.550/-. To support our customers, We are not charging any service fees and only charging for the spare. Kindly confirm to proceed further."And I was like, what? Product was not even able to work durably for an year and why would I have to spend another 35% of product price again in this product. More over, even I repair this now, (which I don't mind to do) but real question is : how long this product work after this service? They gonna give some lame reason which they did already and make us feel like this was our mistake.Btb, this product was used only by adults and there was no way, water got in or any immature handling is done.My humble suggestion: Stay away !!

Hardly faced any major issue, the time I faced it during warranty period they replaced the device for me. Kudos to the customer team at Duverra. This machine worked for 2.3 yrs but today the price too has increased from 1199 in 2019 to 1999 in 2022 which is close to fair.

The weigh scale was amazing as it has a battery free technology. When we press the knob once placed at the centre, the scale get charged and shows 0.0 kg. When we step in, the reading blinks after 3s and holds the reading. And about 25s the battery indicator blinks and turns off.If u need to switch it on, just single press the knob. Everything starts.. Really coool.. Precise as well. Really loved it.

Hi guys, please don't buy this product.It works fine only for 1 month. It as warranty, but no use. I'm claiming for warranty but no reply from the seller or from Amazon.Its just waste of money.
