Delicious!
I absolutely love ruby chocolate and these bars of genuine ruby chocolate do not disappoint. For the 'uninitiated' ruby chocolate is a recent discovery and isn't a 'flavoured/coloured' chocolate, it's real chocolate from a specific type of bean. The result is a chocolate that is not quite as sweet as white chocolate, and has a noticeable berry flavour to it (which is natural - no berry flavouring added). It's a true delight and fairly hard to get hold of in a pure bar form. Absolutely worth getting, delicious!

Wow!
I've been wanting to try ruby chocolate for a while but the only bars on sale in supermarkets have been adulterated with horrible freeze-dried fruit. How can you possibly appreciate the unique flavour and aroma when it's full of sugar? Anyway, this chocolate is beautiful. To me it has the smell of crushed leaves and the flavour, WOW! It is fruity, gooseberries and strawberries maybe but with a lovely sharp aftertaste. Delightful! I usually eat dark chocolate and find milk and white chocolate disgusting but this really is something else. I'd recommend trying ruby chocolate like this, as it comes. Anything else would detract from it's unusual (yet beautiful) taste. Will absolutely buy again!

Bars are Very thin- breaks in the post
Tasted fantastic but very broken so not good for a present as intended. Bars are very thin so cannot stand up to post. But beautiful fruity flavour. Very expensive - would not buy again until price reduces

Amazing Flavour and a Great Icing for a Birthday Cake!
I previously bought these a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised as the size and thickness of the bars were just right. I had been saving up a bar just for my Birthday and my mother made this lovely Red Velvet Birthday cake for me with Ruby Chocolate Icing I've been saving up, best flavor ever! Honestly, the chocolate is great quality for the price and the people who make it are so nice. I'd recommend this brand!

Quite expensive for what it is.
Very thin bar, and quite dear for what it is. and in truth not much taste.. Would not buy again.

Unique but not chocolatey!
I agree with others that the packaging is woeful and I had broken bars arrive. However the Highlands are not very hot that often so no melting! The flavour is not for those who just live chocolate as it has very little cocoa flavour. It is fruity and ever so slightly grainy - the texture is definitely not creamy but it is unique and not over sweet. Definitely will buy more as it is the only pure ruby I have found.

Yummy
Nice little homemade vibe about it with the packaging and the chocolate is great. The cocoa is actually that colour so no colourings were added. It's nice that ruby chocolate is becoming more mainstream and less expensive as I've heard about it for a while. It's more like white chocolate than dark or milk and has a berry flavour to it, kind of raspberry-ish. Really starts your salivary glands tho.

A revelation.
The fourth form of chocolate. Worth a try, I thought. The initial taste is reminiscent of white chocolate but then a fruity aftertaste kicks in after about five seconds. Distinctly different from white chocolate. I've become a fan.
