Are the new one-the ones i would buy now 2017-better than the ones where the door part broke. don't want to spend money on pos. lcj

Oh my God, when I looked at the pic that exactly game in my mind, what if the door parts slips or break, it's going to fall on your head..I'm sorry it happened to you. there is definitely design flaw to be fixed here.

Is this the one David Carradine used?

I was thinking the same thing. Or maybe Chris Cornell.

Why is Amazon selling in what is essentially a noose?

What kind of question os this? A noose tightens and fits on the neck. This does NEITHER of those things

Are the neckpro cervical unit - cervical traction & the neckpro over-the-door cervical traction -adjustable door bracket neck traction made using ratc

Yes. It tightens using a ratcheting action by pulling the cord (after you have it attached to the door and the the straps are in place) Depending on how hard/quickly you pull will determine if it goes up 1 at a time or several.
