Ordered these batteries as back up for my lithium ion battery on a Skil drill and saw. Once I received them them I placed them in my charger, and they would not charge. I could not figure out why, so I contacted the company, giving them all the details of what I have, model # for the drill, current battery, and charger. Within 24hrs the company responded (it was a weekend) and let me know that my charger was for lithium ion batteries ONLY, and would therefore not charge the NiMh batteries I had purchased. Instead of stopping there, I was given a link that showed me solutions to my problem. I was given options of 1: Return the batteries at no cost to me, full refund. 2: Get a lithium ion battery (Amazon link provided). or 3: Get a charger that charges both lithium ion and NiMh batteries for far less than the price of a lithium, ion battery (Amazon link provided), that was a Skil product. So instead of just saying "They don't/ won't work with yours", I was given multiple solutions. I researched a little bit, determined a new dual use charger was the smarter way to go for me. I ordered the charger and 24 hrs later it was in my hands. Works on both types of batteries, Skil brand charger. Batteries are really strong, long lasting, I use these tools almost daily, and take some into the field with me where a charger is not available, so good batteries are a must. Thank you.

I bought a couple of these to replace a couple of original batteries that weren't holding a charge due to age. The finish is good and the connections are solid, though minor differences in the shape of these batteries made them a little tighter fit in some tools. All in all, a great value for money - these batteries hold more charge and work longer than the originals!

I bought two batteries to replace my dearly departed original batteries. They fit perfectly onto my 18 volt Skill tools and onto the original charger. So far I have not depleted the charge in either of these new batteries so I have not tried recharging them yet. But since they held their charge long enough to be pulled from factory shelf and shipped to me and make my tools work I am quite confident they will recharge just fine and last several years till they eventually go the way of all rechargeable batteries.. if at that time this seller is yet selling them.i will not hesitate to order from them again.

I bought these in August of 2024. I bought them to put plastic fender covers on my truck. I then stored my truck in September of 2024 and hadn’t needed it. it’s just a backup in case the other vehicle fails. So anyway, I left my cordless drill in my truck…and forgot about it and the spare battery. Today I found my drill and battery in the space behind my seat. BOTH still have a very good charge. I will do a follow up at a later date to see how they held up. I am impressed and I don’t just go around reviewing items… but this one earned it for sure. (Would have shown both batters in use but restricted to 1 video only)
