Is this anhydrous sodium citrate?

This is the dihydrate form. If you look at the nutrition facts on their website they state there is 23.5 g of sodium per 100 g, or 23.5%. Sodium makes 23.45% of the molar weight of the dihydrate form. So that gives us our answer. I needed to know for microbiology reasons too!
