Description

Colour:Nude  |  Size:Universal Size Because pregnancy is often painful there are hundreds of strange accessories designed to help alleviate some of the discomfort. It can be difficult to decide which accessories are necessary and which are a waste of money. More importantly, you should always make sure any accessory you try won't harm your baby. Pregnancy belts are one such type of accessory. Our KLOSHANE was designed for this reason. When you're pregnant, the weight of your belly will put a heavy strain on your back muscles. With a pregnancy belt, the weight of your baby will be supported so that some of the strain will be taken off of your back.  How do you choose a maternity belt? The type of belt you get will depend on what type of discomfort you're feeling. If you have pain in the pelvis or pubic bone, you'll want a belt you can wear low on your hips (some also have attachments that go right around the legs to support the perineum, like a girdle), and if you're looking for relief from back pain, or just to help pull up the baby and add some support, you'll want a KLOSHANE pregnancy belt that sits up a little higher on your belly. Important things to know about wearing a maternity belly 【1】Wear a maternity belly or support garment for no more than two to three hours at a time to prevent overdependence. 【2】Exercises to strengthen the transverse abdominis should be done in combination with the use of a maternity belly to strengthen the core muscles both during and after pregnancy. 【3】Always consult your doctor before using any compression garments. Women with compromised circulation or abnormal blood pressure may be advised against the use of a maternity belly. 【4】Maternity belly are for temporary use and aren't a permanent fix. It's important to address the underlying dysfunction. A referral to physical therapy is recommended to address ongoing pain both during and after pregnancy.
