Eagle is 4.4" (111mm) long excluding rubber mount, 4.7" (119mm) long including surround; 1.05" (27mm) wide ex-mount, 1.4" (36mm) incl. mount; and 1.1" (28mm) high.

Is this flat or curved on the bottom? Can it be mounted with 3M heavy duty double sided tape?

Yes there is a slight curve on the bottom. You could use 3M tape but it would have to be fully waterproof and very strong adhesive as you don't want the ornament coming detached while you're driving along. This is why the bolt-on method is preferred.
