***2nd update. Still happy! This looks as good as the day I put it down. ***Update. Pardon the not so clean floors. However this is one of the most high traffic areas in my home since my office chair rolls over this many times during my work week. It has held up. I am impressed. This product saved my brand new tile floors. Drywall dust got into the grout. The one cleaner that helped was very harsh on the grout line but still didn’t take it back to its original state. I was hesitant to use this product for fear it would be like a coat of paint look. As you can see by the pic it looks great (notice before and after). It soaked into the grout very nicely. I used a tooth brush to apply it. I wiped the excess off immediately then wiped down the tile with a dry cloth to remove the moisture and remaining product. I wiped the grout line immediately or within five minutes. Thus product is easy to use. I will update my review in a few months after some wear and tear.

Got this to match the wood plank tile after I accidentally picked up the wrong color grout for our contractor and he finished the whole bathroom before i even saw it. The contractor did apply it for me so I cannot comment on the ease of doing it. However, the color was really a perfect match and I only went by the colors online looking at a monitor so it must be pretty accurate. SO far it has stayed applied and we have had our bath done for about 7 months. I kept the left over in case we ever need to reapply. We took it from a light tan color grout to a dark brown without any issues. This is the floor in the bathroom and not in the shower itself. I doubt this would hold up in a shower, but i have not tried that.

it makes my old floor look brand new. I just about half way finished. Very time consuming work. I have 12x12 tiles and I wish they were bigger. My grout is in very bad shape, so maybe it takes longer to do. I do 3 grout lines and then wipe the access off the tile with a damp rag. I use the seal o wheel to apply the grout refresher, not the best but haven't found anything better. I end up using a artist paint bush to finish what the seal o wheel misses. I sure hope it holds up.

Easy to use, dries fast, looks great

put in new tiles and the grout was the wrong color the floor looked really bad, bought a few of these and it totally change the way the floor looked. if you grout color is wrong and you need to change it, this will do it.. its quite a bit of work but its well worth it. i had a very large floor to do so i had to get a few bottles, but it was worth every penny, even if you don't need to change the color this is a great sealer. Buy with confidence. they sell this at lowes or Home depot as well i think but they didn't have this color in stock at my local store.

This grout coloring works great. It was easy to use. I followered the instructions and recommended instructions and we love our new color. I would differently purchase it again

Should have done this years ago. Our guest bath was tiled with too light of grout and we never liked it. We thought we would have to grind it all out so we lived with it for 8 years. Saw this and decided to try it. Took less than an hour to do the whole bathroom at it looks AMAZING. And the color matches the image perfectly! Also, no mess, wipes clean when wet.

it was a complete disaster, I had white grout with white tile that I was sick of scrubbing clean, I went with the cocoa because I have all earthtones in the bathroom. it stuck in some places not in others if I scrubbed a little to get off the tile the whole thing came off the grout I have no idea what to do now, do I scrape it all off and it was all for nothing or try to get it to stick to the bare spots?? it peels off like colorforms.
