The heat is only in one place. I would return it if it wasn't going to cost me an extra $8.00. Otherwise the material is very soft but not much heat. Wish is was made better. Don't waste your money. Buy a electric throw and add a zipper to it.

Very warm for my desk at work. Had a plug in for USB and wall outlet. I use it mostly as a blanket and is very warm!Don’t know about cleaning it though, I would assume spot treating only.

Best purchase ever!!! I am always so cold in the office and this has saved me. Super soft, perfectly packaged and I already have my coworkers buying more on Amazon. The plug in is so seamless that I can simply unplug and keep it on to my next meeting.

I ordered this heated shawl for my office . It super cold and this made my work so much more comfortable . I more so use it as a lap blanket not so much a wrap around . I usually just sit and the heated part and wrap it around my lap. Works great !!! I love it !

Love the quality. Not as big as the picture, but it is soft and it does warm up.

It only heats in the middle where the heating coils are.

I expected it to be bigger than it was. It doesn’t get real hot and you have to turn it back on often. It’s soft and cozy.

Unit started working intermittently and now no longer works. Starting using this when i stopped working from home and began working in office. Please contact me for a resolution.
