They go on the inside of the chain guard next to sprocket. Bottom half of the case. They are chain guards .

Can i buy a bigger bar and chain for this saw from any saw shop or only through you?

I don't think the full wrap handle will fit in my saw mill. Can I remove the portion of the handle on the clutch cover side?

I don't think it fastens to the clutch cover.
