Support contacts?
The products seems of good quality but issue is in case of any issue if support is required then none seems approachable. Finally located manufacture's site and then shot an email. Let us see what next. We have bought an Amazon Basics Security safe on 10 March 2026. This in under one year warranty. This is not working now. The door is open; the knob freely rotates and cannot lock the door. Please either replace it or organize the support.

Costly safe that works for one year maximum
extremely disappointed with the after-sales support. Once the warranty period is over, the seller completely refuses to provide any assistance—even when I offered to pay for the service. This essentially means you are buying a “one-year safe.” After that, you are on your own. Imagine your valuables are locked in safe and in time of need you're trying to break it open. Defeats the entire purpose of having a safe. Not recommended at all. Buy a traditional safe brand rather than Amazon basics. *Please don't make the mistake of ignoring all the negative reviews like I did.

Works well
Works well so far. Enter the master password. Press reset and enter your password. Worked well. Batteries not included but that’s ok. You need 4 batteries. Two keys provided. You need to enter password and turn the lock to open. Close and turn lock to close.

Unable to lock using password
Can someone please explain how to lock the safe ? I tried many time buy not working after following the instructions given in the instructions booklet
