Factory listed as 82 Celsius Technically it converts to 179.6 Fahrenheit which is close enough to 180.

does it come with the gasket?

If your referring to the gasket for the water pump...no. That came with the timing belt kit I purchased. Don’t skimp on any of this, I got the Aisin TB too.
