Angelis Grey Rattan Garden Conservatory Patio Sofa Furniture Set

After a few attempts to buy garden furniture where I was given delivery dates and they didn’t turn up leaving me frustrated and disappointed . I spotted Angelis sofa set . I thought last try . I am delighted with the furniture the quality is good easy to assemble. Most importantly it arrived when it was supposed to. It’s a lovely looking set .

Delivered early by several days which was great .Easy to assemble, and quality good for the price. Cannot comment on durability yet.One of the items was slightly damaged in transit but the aftersales service to rectify was excellent.Very quick response and matter was resolved quickly and smoothly. Well done, makes a nice change !!

Brought this in May 2021, Thought this set looked very nice in the pictures and when it arrived it was ok but a bit shiny silver rather than grey but kept it anyway, we brought a custom made cover for it (not from Amazon). Anyway the cover blew off and away in the recent storm, we have ordered a new coverthe frame and legs have rusted which in turn has dripped onto our decking and stained it badly very disappointed with the quality and don’t feel it was worth the money, I have another set by Hartmann which is 7 years old it’s never rusted and the recommend no covers even in winter I wish I had paid a bit more and brought another set from them.

Once assembled it is lovely. It’s comfortable and we like the reclining seats. However, the assembling of the recliners were troublesome as the gas cylinders didn’t work at first. We had to press down on them with a heavy pressure to get them working. The instructions did not alert us to this, which would have been helpful. Now it is all up and running we are very pleased with it. Good value for money.

Excitedly opened up the boxes to put one of the chairs together, only to find that the bolts are too short to fix. Even without the washers attached, the bolts are still either a struggle to attach to the nuts, or impossible (on one occasion). Anyone else have this problem? Why can't they just supply bolts that are about 5mm longer? Simples.

After bolting together there are a lot of gaps showing the fixings the rattan bulges out and looks loose.On the armchairs the rattan has been cut off and the cut ends are sticking out on the arms all in all very poor and a purchase we regret

The item arrived with all the necessary parts and an Allen key and spanner but neither was really adequate so used my own tools to make things easier. The quality of the built furniture was not good. The fixing points are noticeable and some small pieces of rattan had been slotted in to hide faulty construction. The metal frame is welded and these joints are now rusting after 8 weeks outside during the summer. The recliner chairs work well and the cushions are very comfortable but overall the quality needs improving.

Well, I was very skeptical about the quality when I ordered it. And worried about the assembly of the recliners.I had no need to worry, this set is lovely if you take your time and just read the instructions it takes about an hour to put the whole set together on your own. The cushions are nice and thick and the set is very comfortableMy glass was smashed when it arrived but the customer service from this company is fantastic and a new one was delivered within 2 days.Obviously it’s not the same material used as the super expensive sets but I’m not disappointed and actually love the fact it’s a silver colour in the sunshine.Order it you won’t be disappointed.
