Bought it as my brother has had nightmares about Slappy since childhood. Hid it in his closet when he was out of town. He didn't notice when he came back, so I moved it around the bedroom every time I was home when he wasn't. The fifth move, I put laundry overtop him and stuck him between the wall and the bedframe. Woke up to my brother yelping in surprise. He'd accidentally kicked more laundry into the spot Slappy was waiting, and pulled it all up, in the dark. Scared him, and it was priceless. Now he sits atop my brother's entertainment center, watching him game every day. Sometimes I move him around the ET for a laugh. It would be better if there was some way to support him better, or if his mouth wasn't a pull string that was so hard to operate and hold him at the same time, but overall fun for a prank and decoration.

The Slappy Dummy is my sons favorite toy. When he got it the buttons fell of jacket with in a hour and the seams were unraveling . However I contacted company and they had new ones at my house within a few days made at a higher quality and much more durable. I am very pleased with how they handled our issue promptly and the product they replaced matched the price we paid. I would defiantly buy from this company again and am very pleased, my son is the happiest kid in the world!! Thank you so much

My son got this doll for Christmas and has not put it down since. He goes everywhere with us and gets lots of attention and comments from people. He’s well made although his clothing and shoes fall off easily. I think $74 was a bit pricey for a doll but then again I have a very happy kid so that’s priceless!

Slappy is a great toy for our 7 year old and family. He’s into the goosebumps tv shows and Slappy is one of the creatures. He looks a lot like the tv show (enough for a 7 year old). There is a string in the back of the head you pull to get him to talk. No eye movement. The shoes WILL fall off so be ready for it. Slappy is a great intro dummy. If you’re older you may want one a little more sturdy as this guy is s little flimsy. But as I said initially... great simple to use spooky fun for the younger crowd.

We love Slappy! My kids (okay, me too) have been Goosebumps fans since the beginning, in the 1990's. This is our second Slappy, the first held up well through the years and is just a little worse for wear, but my seven year old has been wanting one of his own. He is particularly fond of the "glow in the dark" eyes! It's unbelievable how much fun everyone has with this guy! He is exactly the same, solid quality as the ventriloquist dolls I had when I was a kid, and how many things can you say that about? His mouth works well and he's a nice weight to be carried around. I would recommend Slappy for fans of any age!

It’s about 30 inches tall , slappys head, hands and shoes are made out of hard plastic. The body itself is soft and squishy stuffed with cotton-it feels like. A little pricey for how it’s made but overall a great add on for horror movie fans! I loved it!

I bought this for my sons 6th birthday and he loves him and hasn’t put him down since he got him in November. My only complaint is that his pants do not fit him properly and continuously falls off. I ended up seeing them on which was no big deal but for the price I would expect not to have to alter them.

My son is a huge fan of Goosebumps especially Slappy the dummy. For MONTHS, he has been begging me to get this doll for him. For his birthday just last week I caved and ordered this. It arrived, and I was extremely disappointed. There are scratches on his head/missing paint patches as well. He is cheaply made with a stuffed body and plastic head and hands. Slappy’s mouth is controlled by a string. His eyes do NOT glow in the dark. I even placed Slappy under a light for a long period of time, and still NO glowing eyes. My son loves this doll, but it’s a pain for me. Slappy’s clothes constantly need to be readjusted. His pants constantly need to be pulled up, and his shirt tucked back into his pants. His shoes fall off so Frequently that my son ended up losing one, and I took the other one off to try to save it. This thing truly isn’t worth $60+ dollars. I will say, that I don’t regret buying it because my son loves it, but it is a lot of work for me to fix Slappy so often. I wish the clothes were sewn to the doll.

Love it,was sad you cant use him like a dummy, like hand in the back make him talk. Kids loved him, he sits with Chucky.

My son loves it, he saved for months but I personally don't feel it was worth the money paid for it. The shoes don't stay on, the laces came completely unraveled within a few days, it takes alot to pull the string enough to move the mouth, the outfit is very cheap material. For just display purposes it's fine and he's not disappointed himself so that's all that matters. I will give it this though, the head of Slappy is great and creeps me out just as much as the show did when I was a kid.
