The media could not be loaded. Product is very asthetic and durable. Doesnt feel cheap and the designs are good. Only a little wonky but nothing that wasn't advertised in the picture when i bought it. My boyfriend loved it for his desk! But please...buy your own scents. Im not joking. When i tested it out for the first time to make sure it was gift worthy, i lit one of the samples they give you with the package. It smelled like sweet rotten bread. It was lingering and horrific. Like i could taste it in the air. So just buy something that you dont mind smelling large quantities of. Other than that very good product. I wont knock it too hard for the things they gave as complementary since it was like a bonus thing.

I had zero problems with this purchase. Works and looks as described. only thing is if you really want to get the full effect of the smoke coming out the dragons mouth and making a pool of smoke then you can’t have the fan or air in. there can’t be any drafts.

I love the look of this incense burner but I am giving it 3 stars because it only works half way. The incense needs to be positioned just right and even then sometimes it only works as it should half the time.

Perfect gift for that peferct person who loves yin yang drangisn and tigers the double incense option is great for people who like the sticks or cones. Or both. Gifted this to a friend and they love it

The media could not be loaded. I love this burner. But here’s a few tIps to make it flow better... have no moving air around burner. Make sure hole on bottom of burner is lined up with hole in burner correctly. Buy good quality incense.
