Always wanted to grow my own herbs, this kit has ALL the herbs I wanted PLUS a freebie (sunflower seeds which I love!). The instructions are 100% clear and easy to follow AND you have everything you need. It’s fun, I quite enjoyed the process and I am now patiently waiting for the seeds to develop and grow into wonderful fragrant cooking herbs. The kit is very good value for money and I highly recommend it.

This is such a lovely little kit. I bought it to do with my daughter and was really impressed with it all. There is everything you could need to create your own little herb garden. Very easy to follow the instructions and it even has little packs of soil that fit each pot. Its small enough to not be messy but easy enough for kids to do unsupervised. Would definitely recommend

Update may 2021 - marked down to 4 stars as one of the herbs wasn't what it should be instead it was a weed!! Great kit to learn how to grow herbs or even for exprianced gardeners with limited room. It comes with everything to get you stared and simple instructions. I started with 3 herbs which I would generally use in cooking and it taken only a few days to germinate.

Great wee kit that comes with everything you need to get started and a little instruction manual if like me you don’t know what you’re doing! Only just planted them so hoping they will all work. I didn’t get the free seeds that it said should be in the box but they were a freebie so can’t really complain to much.

I've grown my own herbs for many years and my neighbour's daughter had always commented on how they made my kitchen smell so pleasant, so I bought this kit as a gift for her tenth birthday. The initial reaction was... muted, but almost a month on and both she and her parents are fascinated by the herb kit. The growing plants have pride of place on the kitchen window sill. The girl's mother says this has awakened an interest in plants in their house that had never existed before. The kit really does have everything to get started. The quantity of seeds is very generous: you could successfully sow into twice as many pots as the eight provided. The biodegradeable pots can be easily transplanted into bigger pots as the herbs grow and the accessories included (name stakes and a trimmer) are useful. An excellent gift and the selection of herbs will satisfy most cooks.

I got this and the instructions inside the box did not match the product. I had to look for instructions online. Only 2 (mint and coriander) grew, the rest of the seeds never did. I contacted the seller on their own website and never got a reply. I don't like giving bad reviews but unfortunately this is the case as their customer service is poor.

I received the kit and I was very happy with the content. The amount of seeds in each bag is definitively enough to start growing all the herbs and actually for a couple of them I had some seeds left. Also the soil looks good quality and again it’s more than enough for the 8 pots (and again I had same left which I used in a pot that I had to sow the spare seeds). The 8 pots and the labels provided are perfect too! I can surely say that this kit is value for money! I found the kit very easy to use and I really enjoyed every minute of sowing the 8 herbs. However instruction quality could be improved by giving more details on how to handle the compressed soil after soaking it in water: the soil in each compressed disk is in little bags that I needed to cut and empty on my table first to get the soil and then move it in each pots. Nothing too complicated but knowing it in advance would prevent some initial mess. My photo is showing the pots after a few hours from sowing and now I am waiting for the herbs to grow. Very exciting!

Product came with a dented and torn box. Made me so upset. Also the size is so small, too small to be given as a gift.

Kul litet projekt du kan ha på din balkong eller i ett fönster, allt du behöver för att påbörja din lilla odling finns i kittet, du behöver bara vatten och solsken så vitt jag vet. Kul för nybörjare eller att ge till vänner i present! prefekt för att lugna sinnet när man har mycket stress i vardagen. Rekommenderar!

This kit was much better than I anticipated. I waited a couple of weeks to see how the seeds are doing before leaving a review. Seeds have formed strong plants and there were more than enough seeds to last a couple of rounds of planting. Tools and planting accessories are really nice. Highly reccommended. I am getting the Bonsai kit next.
