Good flavor.
Love this product for seasoning chicken dishes. Not too salty, great flavor. I use in soups also. Hard to find in supermarkets.

Use it on everything!
I was so pleased to find this available on Amazon! I fell in love with it and Maggi liquid seasoning while living in Germany years ago, and missed it. Honestly, it accentuates the flavor of anything you want to put it on! In fact, I need to go order more, because we've already almost depleted this one. (We even like it sprinkled on popcorn!)

Love the salt content
It's the perfect seasoning, but you definitely don't need a lot. Salt content is perfect as long as you don't overdo it with the seasoning.

Absolutely necessary for southern African cooking
As a chef, I have a lot of requests for cuisines of different parts of the world. We do a fundraiser and S. African brunch at the school I'm contracted at every year, and this stuff is absolutely necessary for that true S. African flavor (this AND peri peri sauce really). Only downside is that it's got MSG, but really, if used properly this shouldn't be an issue unless you have a major sensitivity to it.

Impossible to find anywhere else!
We have used this forever on fresh veggies and in salads. The flavor is a little more mild than a traditional iodized or sea salt. A little goes a long way! It is nearly impossible to find in stores anymore so Amazon is our go to place to find it.
