I ordered this as a gift for my son who is in the Coast Guard, I am trying to get it engraved and am having a heck of a time finding somewhere to do the engraving. I've checked with several jewelry stores locally, to no avail. I am going into Chinatown next week and hope to have some luck there. Otherwise, I love the compass. It is solid feeling when it's in your hand. Not a bit light or cheap feeling.

I have given this thing a beating while filming my outdoors/wilderness survival YouTube Series and it has never let me down. Sturdy construction that is able to take some knocks and remain as accurate as you could expect.

I was lost in this world until I stumbled across this little treasure. Gone are the days of navigating by the stars (very dangerous staring up at the heavens through the sunroof while driving at night). This is a wonderful invention. I believe everyone will have one in the future.

This piece is as beautiful as it is sturdy. Bought as a gift for my daughter who likes to hike in the forests. Super useful! Helps ease my stress when she goes hiking and exploring...lol!
