Good within its design limits
If what you're looking for is a inexpensive but decent performing antenna this is it. If you need something more durable that can take some abuse you might want to look elsewhere. A word of advice, when removing magnetic Mount antennas from your vehicle, grab as close to the base as possible when you remove it. Otherwise you will likely break the shaft of the antenna off. If what you need is a basic antenna that isn't going take a bunch of abuse this will be just fine. If you need Ultimate durability, long range, or high power handling look elsewhere. Know what you're buying before you purchase!

The top piece slides down but gets caught on a lip Make sure it's inserted all the way before you get upset about SWR issues. Good TX and Rx for a magnet mount, great value for the money.

Works perfect. However... if you need it for an SUV and you want the antenna in the middle or more towards the back get a 20' cable. I installed one on a Tahoe, not using 1 zip tye, it was pulled so tight and only reached the middle but more towards the front

It came in a package deal with a CB but they did not match so went with a Wilson antenna.

Terrible quality
Quality control on these is non-existent. The loading coil just plugs into the lower antenna mast and is secured with two center punch dimples that aren't dven spaced correctly. As such, the whole setup was loose and wobbly, and then came apart, all in the couple of days of having it and before mounting it on my car. I knew from other reviews it was likely shoddy but willing to try it, and I will likely tape/solder this back together for the meantime until I can order a better quality unit, but this is just laughably bad. Also, the SWR is horrible, although after it completely came apart, I suppose I'm not surprised. Save your money and buy a better antenna. Not even worth it to try to return mine.
