I wasn't sure if these baskets would be flimsy or sturdy and I was pleased to find that they are thick felt and very sturdy. The handles are great and they were easy to set up. There were instructions to smooth out creases in the felt from being folded but I didn't need to do anything. Once unfolded into baskets, they looked great right away. They fold down for compact storage. They were packaged nicely and didn't have any smell from the factory. I like the color options. I plan to buy more so I can organize more spaces.

They come folded, so you definitely have to steam or iron them if you want them to look smooth and to sit flat on the shelf. I like the color. I got oatmeal, which is a nice neutral alternative to gray. There are two things that I removed a star for: 1) I do not like that it doesn't have a solid bottom and that you have to use the very badly creased insert to place into the bottom to make it sturdy. 2) There is an ugly glued edge (you can see the dried glue) inside the side of the box. These are not inexpensive. I feel for the cost, the box should have a solid bottom and the whole thing should be sewn rather than glued.

Quality is flimsy. We wanted something easy to store and also collapsible so this visually looked like it would meet our needs. The three pack was handy and they fit nicely on my shelf. However, the all over quality is not as expected. I would have preferred a lot sturdier bottom and sides. I would not trust anything too heavy in these baskets. These are more dollar store items than the high price point we paid.

For reference, I did not get these for storage. My cats love felt baskets, and these were the perfect size for my two cats that are between 10 and 15 lbs. Satisfying purchase.

Great material and style. Crease disappear after ironing. I would upgrade the bottom thin cloth to non reflective cotton for fancier look.

The dimensions of these baskets and the non-scratch felt made these ideal for my purpose - but if I'd found something else this size I'd definitely have returned them. The colors are bleh, nothing like the listing. Yes you have to steam/iron which was fine...but then the bottoms wouldn't fit into the baskets. They curved up because they were too big, which was ridiculous - had to cut about a quarter inch off each bottom to get them to lie flat. For the price, I should LOVE these, but I was definitely disappointed.

Boxes are ok but followed advice on label to iron and instantly burnt/melted onto my iron and ruined it.
