Diane Burney’s book SPIRITUAL CLEARINGS has been an incredible blessing to me. When I was guided to this book, I was going through the most intense experience of loss. I was also being faced with situations that were truly beyond the capability that I had available in my spiritual tool chest. I was speaking to a healer friend of mine who does remote energy healing. She is a very gifted healer and the results of her work are always very powerful. When she recommended Diana’s book, I knew that was something that I needed to buy. The healer said to me, “are you clearing your home and yourself on a daily basis?” I said, “well, I light sage every day, bless my home and then light dragon’s blood incense.” The healer said, “that is not enough. Just get the book and do the exercises in it.” Needless to say, she was right. When I got the book I was really excited to see that the Self-Clearing process is right up front. You don’t have to wait for it! I thought that was very generous and kind of the author to place it near the beginning of the book. Some of us don’t have a lot of time to read an entire book right away (myself included) and I was able to just dig immediately to get the benefit of a clearing. Because Diana Burney’s book is written so clearly and effectively, the first time I did the clearing it wasn’t difficult at all. It was easy to follow the steps that she had laid out. And even though I may not have known all the names on the spiritual clearing team that I was calling in, I trusted her and the process. I am so grateful that I did. After I did my first self and home clearings, I was then able to take my time to read the rest of the book which gives incredible information for anyone on a spiritual path. In SPIRITUAL CLEARINGS, you not only get powerful clearing techniques for your home and yourself (in the most detailed, clear and concise manner) you also get guidance on how to clear your crystals, how to practice forgiveness, protection techniques, introductions to various ascended masters and archangels from the angelic realm. Also, there are detailed yet simple explanations on the various laws of the universe, how to ground yourself and how to cut cords. Everything you need to enhance your spiritual journey from whatever level you may be on. I truly believe that this book is a gift to us, living here on earth at this time. Being an empath who has done a lot of healing work, meditation, prayer and deep spiritual practice: I was very impressed with the layout of this book and the material contained in it. It truly helped me grow on my spiritual journey and helped me have more confidence in the beings of light who are here to assist us on our path. The clearings in this book are very powerful and I feel a positive shift every time that I do them. It is a practice, like any other practice, and I am doing my best to do the self and home clearings on a daily basis. When I do, my world definitely seems a little more peaceful and circumstances in my life seem to align better for me. Thank you, Diana Burney for taking the time to write such a helpful and powerful book to guide us to do our own energy clearings. Holy cow! I am only two-thirds through this book and I have had some tremendous healing by employing the "self" clearing and the "home" clearing on a daily basis. I did the two clearings back to back and started Sunday night (May 27th)and have been doing the clearings at least twice a day and sometimes as many as four times a day. I made the vow to myself to do clearings for both self and my home twice a day - once in the morning and once at night. However, if I have time I have opted to do them more. My own personal experience with energy: I have been practicing energy work and meditation on and off for the past twelve years. I've been very consistent for the past two years and have really needed to clear some deeply rooted core energies that have really made my life a challenge. During my twelve year experience, I have completed all three reiki attunements, I have attended a year long clairvoyant program (where I participated in hundreds of readings) and at home I meditate anywhere from one to three hours daily. In addition to meditating daily I have been doing the lower banishing ritual in my home twice a day which I learned from Donald Michael Kraig's book "Modern Magick - Eleven Lessons in the High Magickal Arts". All have helped me tremendously but what I was basically doing was "banishing" negative energies but I wasn't invoking a level of protection that I felt I was lacking in order to help sustain me and pull me above certain energies that were not working for me. This is where Diana Burney's "Spiritual Clearings" comes in. I had no idea who she was or anything about her work. Over the past several months I told myself that I needed something else to help me along my path. I could clear quite a bit of energy for the most part through my own efforts at home. However, after stepping out of my meditation and feeling cleared I could feel the energies slowly coming back. This, of course, wasn't acceptable since I can't be in meditation all day. I want to live life and move forward. Although I love meditation and it's not a chore, I don't want to become a monk and be in meditation all day. Today's date is Friday June 1st. In roughly five and a half day's time I have cleared an amazing level of energy, blocks and controls from my space. Since I have a bit of experience I can meditate and get imagery regarding what I'm handling. But I can't always get the answers as to what's happening or how to make alterations in order to create what I want. So over the past several months I was thinking to myself that I needed another component to my personal spiritual regimen to take me to the next level. Earlier last week I just happen to be browsing through amazon.com and due to my prior book purchases on spirituality Burney's book happened to pop up as one of the options. I was just casually looking for unrelated material (I was DVD movie shopping, in fact) and when the page opened up my eyes were immediately drawn to this book. It stood out for me in some way as if it were beckoning me. After pausing a few moments I decided to click on and inquire further. After reading the glowing reviews, but without knowing anything about the author I decided to purchase the book and give it a try. After starting the book the author strongly advises to give the clearings thirty days to create an effect. I was happy to be patient and give her clearings the suggested allotment of time. However, since I notice some substantial improvements and shifts in my energy I couldn't wait to provide my own glowing review on this book. Things seem to keep improving and I plan to incorporate the clearings on a daily basis. It takes about fifteen minutes at a time to recite (both self and home clearing together). It's such a small price to pay in order to clear some deeply ingrained controls, karma and energy in your space that does not serve you. The second day of reciting the clearings a control in my seventh chakra that was one of my 'core' concerns finally moved up and out of my space. It was incredible and I'd love to go into detail but I'm already babbling way too much in my adulatory review here but I will close with these last two paragraphs..... Aside from the clearings in this book that are toward the beginning, Burney also talks about forgiveness and working through powerful emotions such as anger. Although this was not new for me, I highly agree with Burney's stance on anger. She recommends allowing your anger to process instead of suppressing it. Our society has taught us that suppressing anger is the only way to be. But I have learned awhile ago that anger is not bad so long as you are not hurting someone else by expressing it. Starting on page seventy-eight (chapter four) she provides some strategies in order to help the reader work through suppressed anger. Chapter four also has concepts and exercises to help manifest relocation (also VERY high on my list), forgiveness and working through victim-hood. She also provides chakra meditations and visualizations for working through imbalances. One review here on amazon.com negatively commented that Burney's book talked too much about Jesus. There is mention of invoking Jesus Christ and the Christ Consciousness but it also has mention of Buddhist chants and mentions Kwan Yin and other evolved beings. However, there is nothing dogmatic about the author's approach to clearing. I will admit that I was also a bit apprehensive to work with white light energy. From my prior training I was taught never to work with a vibration any higher or lighter than gold (e.g. silver or white). However, given that I was very stuck and kept an open mind I decided to give it an honest try. I'm so VERY glad that I did. I'm going to buy this book for my therapist. After describing it to him in detail, he was very interested in looking it over. For $12, I can't begin to express how much I have already benefited from the clearings. I also have a feeling that as long as I do my clearings on a daily basis that things will continue to improve. I have paid hundreds of dollars for clairvoyant or psychic readings in the past with the intent to clear and heal but it was a total waste of money. I'm so glad I listened to my inner voice and decided to buy this book when it somehow seemed to magically present itself to me. This is another dynamic that Burney also mentions in her book - learning to listen to the messages that present themselves to you. I consider myself an intermediate level meditator/energy worker. I have gleaned a ton of information from this book. I think anyone will benefit from this book. However, those of us who have been working with energy for quite awhile (yet were not familiar with the thorough techniques that Burney presents) will probably be more appreciative than those just starting out. I have come across this simple and lovely book “Spiritual Clearings” by Diana Burney during my search in Amazon for performing self-clearing of all negative energies. This simple nine-chapter book like a textbook/cookbook has nicely presented the clearings that are required in a simple way. The book also mentions about space-clearing (home, office etc.). Ms. Burney has revised this in her next book called “Spiritual Balancing”. I would recommend studying this book if you are interested to clear emotional and psychic blockages, chakras, aura etc., in a structured and methodical way. This in my opinion will help to heal ourselves as well our beautiful planet. For a serious practitioner, I would recommend reading the books written by Diana Burney – Spiritual Clearing (2009), Spiritual Balancing (2016), and the chapters 16 and 17 of “Cosmic Ascension” by Joshua David Stone. One can always create their own meditation program by studying these books. Of course, if a professional with 30+ years’ experience like Diana Burney publishes such meditation CD for Spiritual Clearing for Individuals, it will be a gift to humanity as well for our Mother Earth.

A fabulous read, and a must have for all those who are into spirituality. This book was bought as a gift to my brother to add to his collection and he is very impressed with the contents within the book.

This book is by far the best I've read on the topic. The author is very knowledgeable about the subject, and guides the reader through the steps of spirit clearings in easy, step by step instructions. I just bought another book for my daughter.
