Great colors, far too many bad bulbs. Bad customer service.

(Product update: not only could I not get a response from this company, I've been forced to go through Amazon itself for the return which means I have to take everything down again, box it all back up and return it. The company could have easily remedied this by sending me replacement bulbs and I would have modified my review. I would have happily sent them the damaged bulbs back if they wanted or posted picture proof. I'm pretty bummed by this customer service, but thankful Amazon has my back.)Original review:Beautiful bulb colors and a great heavy duty cable that will last through the zombie apocalypse, but 9(!) out of the included 16 bulbs were nonfunctional. That's a pretty unacceptable failure rate.The bulbs are acrylic, which I hoped would make them sturdier then my last set of Edison bulbs which had a few broken bulbs after a few years of good constant use, but these didn't even survive shipping. Pretty disappointed.

Super beautiful

When we got the string lights , it is quite beautiful and special , compare with normal Edison bulbs ,the colorful acrylic bulbs looks quality and classic ! After hanging up the string lights , whole patio looks amazing and colorful , my children really like the lights and the color ! If need , I will buy again. From Foxlux !

Wish you have included the fuse inside the plug

First time we connected to the main line, it was a huge dissappointment in our party as they didn't glow .Its b.coz the recommended fuse is missing. Damn.. It was such a embaraasing moment. For the$49.99 price of this piece, cant a small fuse be not included.. Dissappointed. For the first time.. Other wise the overall quality is good

Worked great until.....

Bought these for lighting up our jacuzzi area. Hung them on the canopy over the hot tub and they were perfect. However, 2 days ago we had a power outage and now 3 are barely lit and the rest not at all.
