Exactly as described!
Wires are strong. Easy to snap in where you need them.Cleaned up a messy garage. With lots if drooping insulation in minutes. Stapling would have taken removal and install all new. Now I just have to put new Batts in a few places. A much smaller and less messy job!

Do the job
I'm used to the flat pieces of steel to hold the insulation up between the rafters so was a bit surprised to see these round pieces. BUT they work so I can't complain. There are points at the ends to dig into the wood. Good product.
