2 3/8", but remember that the handle angles up to your hands. Also, it is a push squeegee by design. It might work in reverse but water will run around it losing efficiency.

can this be used with broom handle?

Yes....it has a standard screw tightener.

Does this squeegee have a hollow handle to accept extension pole?

The handle is hollow. It looks like an extension pole would fit. I have not tried to add one. We do LOVE this squeegee for out outside windows and would love to have a smaller one for the shower.

How long is the squeegee rubber (in cm Accurate value)?

I purchased two (2) different replacement rubbers for my squeezes. One measures 41 CM and the other one is 31.5 CM. This allows a little bit of the replacement rubber to extend beyond the edge of the brass squeeze holder. The holders are 29 CM and 39.5 CM. The replacement rubbers can easily be cut if they are too long for your holder. They are easy to replace..
