Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2019 - Old Version

Was pleasantly surprised with the amount of cards you have access to and the words. Easy to design cards, and I haven't used the photo editor as yet but I hope it works well. I was a subscriber to American Greetings for many years, but their site has gone to pot, useless for create your own cards anymore.

Both discs are the same

Doesnt matter what store bought card you buy it's not always saying exactly what you want. With this Hallmark software you can personalize the card to say and have the exact sentiment you feel. It's very user friendly. Everything can be done off line so no need for the internet. You can make the card with the Hallmark picturers or use your own. No matter how you make it, I'm sure it will be a card that is treasured. Can do a lot more than cards, get creative and have fun.

Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2019 does include many very nice premade cards. It is made by Nova Development who also makes Print Artist, and most likely, other card programs. Nova development tried to make it consumer friendly but, in doing so, they removed simplicity. For example, I tried to use a template for a label to make a gift certificate because it was the right size. It would not let me print it unless I added a name and address from my address book. (I do not use and address book in my computer.) To complete my project, I had to copy everything and paste it in MS Word. It, also, places a bar with items that would change your color of font and many other things on top of what you are trying to create. It will not let you put words directly in your project. Instead, you have to type it in a separate box. You have no idea how it looks until you click OK. If it is not right, you have to double click on your words and start over. When you print, you have to look at a picture of a printer doing its thing. You cannot print unless it is OK with their software. There are many other problems that are on the same order. It would be a great program if they kept it simple. I can use the program because I have used computers enough to get around Nova Development's problems.

Good product. Make good use of it.

This is the third greeting card software program that I have used. In each case I have had to buy a new one because Windows updated and my program was no longer compatible. I never bought this company's software as I suspected the clipart would not be my style, and so far that seems true, but I think I can work with it. This program doesn't do some of the things my former program would, but it does do some things that the old one wouldn't. It appears that other companies aren't bothering to update for Windows 10 -- yet anyway. Since Hallmark is a well known company, maybe they will see me through future Windows updates. I intentionally bought the version that could be downloaded on my computer, rather than used via the internet, and I'm glad I was able to figure out which version that was, as there are so many versions to choose among that it was a challenge.

Por cambio a nueva computadora, tuve que renovar mi Hallmark Card studio 2011 por el Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe 2019. Había leído algunas reseñas negativas sobre la instalación. Pedí verdión CD y no tuve problema al instalarlo. Encuentro nuevos proyectos que mi antigua versión 2011 no tenía. Algunos nuevos diseños de imagenes, pero siempre sobre la misma línea de los anteriores programas Hallmark. Me parece un programa muy útil y fácil de usar. Yo lo uso mucho para imprimir tarjetas de cumpleaños. El único inconveniente es que me cuesta trabajo encontrar sobres de 11.1 cm X 14.6 cm que es el tamaño de un papel carta doblado en cuatro. Sí recomiendo este producto.

I purchase this deluxe studio February 22, 2019 and have been purchasing this item every 2nd year- last was for 2017. I installed this via a disc but now have a new computer which does not have a disc drive. I contacted Hallmark software directly to see if I could get the downloaded version without have to purchase again. Nothing was resolved. I sill am without the 2019 deluxe version in my new computer. I would be happy to return the discs for the download. Would appreciate your assistance. Thank you. Gloria Tortorici (senior citizen).

Happy with the product...now I can make my own cards.

Have used a previous version of this software years ago. I like the easy install and it really is helpful when printing to get the paper in the correct way - it goes through a test and when that's completed it will tell you which way to insert the paper. Lots of ways to change up any card to personalize to your requirements.

Great graphics and features! The option to make and send animated greetings is awesome. Would definitely recommend this program.

I tried both methods to get this to work and just will not. Looked up other solutions on-line, and nothing works, a waste of money - had it too long to return
