Sweet Boneless Prosciutto Whole 8 kg - Salumificio Artigianale Gombitelli - Tuscany - Italy

Description

How do you live without raw ham? With the utmost respect for vegetarians and vegans, we must recognize that those who remove flesh from their diet at first - but perhaps even later, are really affected by this deprivation. Sweet raw ham, with its unmistakable aroma, its softness that makes it melt in the mouth, is a unique food product, each of which holds a special memory. For the baby in full growth this salame represents a small big explosion of flavor and energy, calories and proteins. For the ever-moving adult, sweet raw ham becomes central at that particular moment of break that may be obtained at the end of the day, at the time of aperitif. Sweet raw ham is perfectly matched with an Italian red wine aged a few years. The notes of seasoned pork penetrate into the nose along with the explosive scent of tannins. The sourness of the ham is felt on the palate and comes to the throat, diluted and boosted with every new sip of wine.
