I would have loved for rubber inner layer to cover more of my heel. It is very effective. In just a week of using it I saw the improvement.

These socks are cheap and do the job bu
They are a bit thin in the heel and hard to determine which way the go on so the conditioning in on your actual heal. They are light and no hot to wear to bed.Washed them 2 times and air dried still holding up.

This is a amazing product!
