It's absolutely my fault for not reading the product title entirely, as it states that the product is a cushion COVER. However, all of the pictures show it as an actual, useable pillow, not a cover... the photo is what I went by. I wish this seller then offered a pillow that fits for an additional cost, rather than now I have to go seek out a pillow.Whatever, no problem... I'll get a pillow. My other 3 issues with the COVER is that the laser printed image is much smaller than it appears in the photo. In the photo, it shows the image taking up much of the front of the pillow - this is not the case.Another issue was random specks of red and black that were printed on the cover, no where near the image of the tree and the birds. At first I thought the cover was dirty, but just minor printing mishaps.Lastly, the font might be challenging to read with some names. The name, Mia, is illegible unless you know that one of the grandkids' name is Mia. As a guest in their house looking at the pillow, you're going to be left scratching your head as to what that name is.

I love the idea of this pillow. I was slightly disappointed that the image is a transfer image, or like an jron-on image. I can see the edge clearly where the template stops. I think it could have been better advertised as that, or the price adjusted lower for it. It is not as nice as other custom cases I've ordered for other projects where the printing is done onto the fabric. But it is customized with the names I selected. I added 13 names and was happy that they were all represented when the other examples only had a few names. I was deleting space bars between names in order to get all the characters in. I do like the canvas material itself with a sturdy zipper.I wish I could have also customized the title "Grandma's Treasures." That was perfect for this project, but can't use it if that's not the right name for our other Grandma.Also, the pillow case was folded in the package and right in the center, there is a little defect where the plastic of the transfer was folded and mashed on itself. Could have been avoided if anticipated in packaging.

I absolutely loved the pillow the only issue I had was one of the names was misspelled instead of Neila it was Niela. I kept it anyway my grandbaby didn’t notice it because I’d yet young

This was my mom's birthday present from my kids. She already had some pillows with birds on them but this is her favorite because it has all my kids names on it. Great durability, value for money and quality of material.

I got this for my mom for mothers day and she loves it! I ordered it with 9 names on it for all 9 grandkids and she absolutely loves it!! This is just the pillow cover so you also need a pillow.

This product was a great gift! My mom enjoyed it so much! All the names are legible. It’s not as big as I thought but it was still a good size. It’s on a nice canvas material with a zipper on the bottom.
