After how many use this shows the difference?

I wore this for a week and I automatically saw the difference. I wore it on the 3 hook basically as tight as it would get for better results.

I want to know can I have to do excersize with this waist cincher to loose weight? Or just put it on and the weight just falls off?

There is no magic garment or pill that will make the weight "fall off"- exercising with a cincher isn't a good idea either as it restricts your breathing and can make you light-headed. Look up what a calorie deficit is, and implement it. That's the only proven way to lose fat- don't follow the trends and fads, because most of them do not work.
