The chair seemed to rock after assembly, but after some time sitting in it, the legs evenly took the weight and there was no rocking. One plastic foot had to be turned with pliers to line up properly. The foam cushion is about 1" thick and held up to a couple hours of computer work very comfortably. Review: Gorgeous Chair - This chair had gotten so many compliments...it is gorgeous! The only problem is that for some reason it’s a bit wobbly but once you sit it doesn’t wobble anymore. It’s very sturdy! I am happy with this purchase!
