I like it
I appreciate the color as it adds another dimension to my cooking. The flavor is like most semolina pasta without the expected fishiness. I wish it were cheaper so it could become a regular part of our diet instead of a novelty.

Very dark and no weird taste
Perfect for Halloween pastas or soups to add a spooky look without any additional flavors. My husband is very particular about flavor combinations and this one was a hit sknce it tastes just like regular pasta.

Such a fun change for a Halloween festive occasion. We used these for Alfredo that we colored green. My kids loved it! I didn't notice a huge change in taste either.

Pricey but worth it!
I’ve always wanted to make my own squid ink pasta dishes at home, but I never could find the correct pasta for it in my local grocery store. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this pasta on Amazon! I made a delicious dish using the black squid ink pasta, shrimp, some sautéed cherry tomatoes, and garlic (of course). I’m going to buy a few more bags soon so that I can make it for my next dinner party!

Probably my favorite pasta
The Garofalo pasta from Costco is a solid everyday staple. Trader Joe's multicolor pasta adds some cheers once in a while. But the Morelli squid ink pasta is here to celebrate!
